The Car Phone Mount Store’s Return Policies:

At the Car Phone Mount Store, we have a 100% Customer satisfaction guarantee. We have a 30-Day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can send it back for a full refund (less shipping charges) providing that the rules below are adhered to.

Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. No exchanges will be made after this 30-day period. Any shipping charges are NOT refundable.


Any of our products can be returned for a full refund as long as:

A RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise

  • The item being returned is in “like new” condition
  • All shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card and included accessories, parts and supplies are included with the returned merchandise
  • Return shipping charge is paid for by the customer

Please ship your package prepaid and insured or with delivery confirmation via U.S. Postal Service, UPS Ground or FedEx. (We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages or packages without delivery confirmation returned through the U.S. Postal Service.) If something gets lost in the mail, we have no way of affirming that it was ever sent.

Any returned merchandise that does not satisfy the above conditions for a full refund are subject to a Return Fee charge. A Return Fee will be charged on all merchandise that is used or missing shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card, accessories, parts and/or supplies.

The Return Fee will range from 15% (for opened or refused packages) to 25% (for missing items) of the original price and will be charged by reducing the refund amount by the Return Fee. The amount of the Return Fee will be determined at our sole discretion and is not disputable or negotiable.

No returns will be accepted for merchandise that are damaged, disfigured, scratched, abused or missing the original packaging. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored and merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will be discarded.

Any shipping charges are not refundable. Packages returned which are marked as “Return to Sender” or refused by the recipient are subject to a 15% Return Fee.

Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for purchase usually within 14 days.
